  • When does this program start?

    This program will start on Monday 5th October. Launching it on a set date means that you can get ready in advance and know exactly what's ahead of you.

  • How much time do I need each week to do the Reset to Reconnect Program?

    We have designed the program into 4 modules, ideally to complete over a period of 4 weeks. The online content such as watching the videos and completing the worksheets should take you no more than 45 minutes a week. The key is putting it into practice which we believe is the best way to learn and change your habits.

  • Do I get a meal plan to follow?

    Nope! This is why this online nutrition program is SO different! Everyone has their own food preferences, dietary requirements and way of eating so any type of meal plan isn't going be helpful. We want you to draw on your own lived experience and use the program tools to understand what you can do to change in a healthy and sustainable way. There is a cooking demonstration to inspire and show you HOW to incorporate good nutrition into your day.

  • What if I'm not happy with my results at the end?

    We hope everyone is able to take away something from this program but understand if it hasn't met your expectations. We recommend you complete the whole course in order to fully understand each concept and allow you to implement suggested strategies. If, after this you are still unhappy, please contact us via email and we will help you with your concerns.
